Super speed is about MC physical improvement making MC have superhuman physical prowess, they way the power work is different and MC while can see the future cannot rewind or slow down time it just MC is faster everything seem to slow down, time manipulation in super speed is side effect in having super speed.
Time manipulation MC have standard human body but have power to manipulate time and turn it into advantage, MC can rewind and advance time, able to slow and make things faster by use of time bubble, able to use this bubble at will to support the team and attack using it, it is focused more on the ability itself.
