Sadly not. Such things are beyond your mortal capabilities. Perhaps one of these days I’ll write a game involving the MC being a dark lord with a cursed monster army. A nice… simple… short game.

And uh @Unchained I might consider some ethical choices to help influence your soldiers. Taking away their ability to feel pain and the likes. But I can promise you, corruption will always come back for you

Generally it’ll begin to show on you. You’re body looking more gaunt and deathly. That’s the physical aspect anyway.
What will definitely happen to you is the The Creator will turn his gaze from you, if you’re not concerned about that then there isn’t much to worry about. Though the biggest concern is the inquisitors. It is there job to find those in use of the arcane arts and put an end to them. The more corruption you have the easier it is to sense and find. Shall they deem you corrupted by the darkness they will have legal rights to execute you. Although I’m not much for explaining things, I believe Serenity can explain it better. 
In summary…
- Appearance will become more aged.
- Connection with divinity will vanish.
- The inquisitors will come.
But i can resist the inquisitors once they detected me? And what is doing the creator for me anyway?
Fraid not. But they are still ordinary men, if not feared and respected. Should you choose to kill, fight, or simply not let them into your city you can. They simply have the Divinity at their back, and the national religion is Divinity. Your people will most likely turn against you should they already question your leadership.

Probably won’t get that bad. If anything, paler… more sickly skinned. Dark rims around the eye, veins rising and appearing darkened. Body becoming more gaunt. Sorta like the dark magic is drawing on your very life force and leaving behind an aura of darkness.
It will not kill me? How will react people at my new looks? And my advisers? Can i kill my advisers in the end when i won’t need them anymore?
