lol, I had my suspicions the moment I encountered the word in your WIP.

Ah yes, ‘street dog’, it is more accurate. Pardon, I was a little uncertain of what the word actually meant. I rarely hear it used nowadays.

No, you’re right :relaxed:

it is!!
well, if we just imagine it as our mask… it’ll be okay. but its possible @RGH cant make it as a “canon mask” as i believed the mask is skyrim’s property.

Your mask’s appearance doesn’t matter to the story much, so you can imagine it as however you like! I’ve decided not to describe the player’s mask for that reason. As far as masks go, they can look however you want so long as the eyes are covered (so covered that a regular person wouldn’t be able to see).

It was just an idea.I know what it was from i just thought it looked cool.

What a story! I don’t understand a thing. If you don’t wear the mask, then you’ll get the capital punishment or another penalty. Why do you have to wear the mask? If you can’t tell, so you won’t tell either.

There’s a reason for that which will be explained in the second chapter, which I am currently working on. Not to worry!

I have personally never played either of those games, so I was curious what those masks looked like. I must say, they look a whole lot more interesting that what was in my head!

This was so fun. The idea of a masked rank-by-rank organization fondly reminded me of An Ember in the Ashes. Plus, there’s a very distinct humorous undertone that feels really natural.

Just a note: the pages seem too short; some are just two-three sentences before another short page and a choice block. If there are too many of those side by side, it’ll feel like there are more breaks between choices than there actually are.

Also, Dmitri’s gender variable flipped after being released by the Elder.

Dmitri walks up to the entrance and pushes you inside gently. She gives a short bow and extends an arm as if to present the interior. “Welcome to my humble abode,” he says. “Make yourself at home.”

Hi hi firstly can I just say how much I love Children of the Gods and I’m actually freaking out right now thanks for playing my game, and thanks for alerting me to the page breaks thing! I’ve been struggling with finding the right balance of page breaks and text

Hrrrrngh I thought I fixed all of those gender issues  Guess I’ll have to fix that again

Update: I fixed Dem’s pronoun issue in the part where they welcome you to their abode!

That Ability is actually not summoned at will, but it’s up to the player how you decide to hone your skills. Who knows? Your MC might be able to control it.

Interesting plot you have there! I was just wondering if you could explain more about the Fading Ability of the Unseen Clan. Does it mean that the MC turn invisible whenever he/she fades? I am kind of confused about how fading actually works.

It seems to effect both the physical and the aurora around a seer creating invisability to both non-seers and seers alike.
