I now lowkey regret rereading the demo as it made me so hyped that a week feels like a year now ![]()
but i want it now dammit ^_-
Please I’m Dying here I want to pay for the game and play it Is it so hard to ask ( This is more of a joke than anything can be patient but of my cotta I want to play it so bad)
I am ready.
Rayvn is ready.
Rayvn strides into the room, axe in hand & eyes blazing.
“AT DAWN, WE RIDE!”
Remy rolls her eyes from the recliner by the fireplace as Riese giggles behind her glass of wine on the couch. I turn around and smirk.
“Well, someone’s eager. But you still have to wait about 3 days.” ![]()
A growl erupts from Rayvn’s throat as she camps out near the front door.
what will make me laugh the most is that when we fight a Templar and win, I can imagine the reaction of the church “it’s more than 9,000”. anime reference ![]()
My MC “I only know the secret technique of Running Away!”
Anime reference.
Just a little further, we are almost there.
Still very excited. Really think you have something special here with such a unique setting and characters. I write all the time and I wish I could match how natural Alessa and Hadrian feel. It’s really remarkable.
Thank you! That’s such a kind thing to say ![]()
And thank you everyone else for your enthusiasm!!! You’re helping time move faster.
Am really looking forward to the consequences of my chaotic MCs actions and their poor life choices
At least they are well meaning you know. But I always felt with this game, making mistakes or earning depts will play out nicely later in the game and I’m here for it!
I absolutely can’t wait to play such a masterpiece in full. time doesn’t move fast enough ![]()
@Anathema I don’t know if it would be spoiler or not but here goes why Latin is forbidden considering that in the middle ages of our world the church allowed it?
Gonna wager it’s because the People in Power don’t want you to learn about the past, which was a lot better than the in-game present. It’s why it took me five minutes of reading the description of the big structure you see when you enter city to figure out “holy shit, that was an aqueduct”, because nobody actually says what it was used for. I think. It’s been a while since I played the demo.
Note that this was irrelevant, because nobody could understand it. In fact, that was the point: the Church had sermons in Latin exactly so that they were the exclusive province of priests. Which is why there was absolute mayhem in the Church when somebody suggested “uh, guys, what if we had mass in a language the people attending could actually, y’know, understand?”
The in-game Church rose from the Roman Empire’s ashes. Something wiped it out, suddenly and completely, and what remnants still stand, the Church either destroys or hides from view.
As far as they’re concerned - and thus the whole world is concerned- there was never other people on this land.
It’s why the Devil’s Bridge is such an odd thing to see right in the middle of a large city. It shouldn’t be there.
Latin was the language of the dead empire, and as such, its greatest legacy. Its most dangerous footprint. The Church cannot let the common people know it. They can’t even know of it.
Hey, look at that, I was right.
I’m so excited for this release!!! ![]()

Somehow I only stumbled across this in the last few days, right before its release, but I’m already super excited!
I was already looking forward to the release but since I am having a shit week, I really cannot wait to get home from school this thursday and just read the story. I’m absolutely excited since I had a lot of fun playing the demo multiple times. It never gets old.
Thank you author for making such a fun story. It brings me and others a lot of joy.
Hey no way, me too, except like two weeks ago.
1 day and 19 hours to go ^_-
