Even if you pick your profession, it won’t be useful on the surface. I think it’s unnecessary give player a choice like that.
@Bilmirem I think it would be awesome to be able to decide who goes up with us. Like if Kate got knocked out alongside you and you, Kate and Dean all stood getting ready to ascend to the surface and Michael surprisingly gives you a choice on who goes up with you. And you get to pick either Kate or Dean.
Unless other potential RO’s (both genders) are above ground. Then pay no attention to this post!

Dean and Kate are RO. Also there are some other potential RO as well. And about Kate going to the ground with us, it can not happen. You will understand why when you finish the full game
