CHAPTER ONE UPDATE
After ages of procrastinating, I finally pushed myself to update the story!
Chapter One is still a draft—definitely not perfect—but it’s a much more thought-out version than before. I figured it’s better to have something rough I can polish over time than to keep beating myself up in silence. So here it is, a work-in-progress, but one I’m finally moving forward with. Progress is progress, right?
Here’s the: DEMO
Glad to see progress, can’t wait to see more!
So far a very fun read, and I can’t wait to see what else you have in store!
Small bug I noticed: while I played with a female MC & sibling, the story refered to Arlan as a ‘he’ multiple times.
There is a bug involving *, I believe you wanted to make it bold or italic, but it ended up * * like this * *
same no matter what i do
Same issue for me, which is odd. It was working fine last night.
Yeah, about that. Totally my fault, sorry for that, I was doing some minor fixes and removed the old file and I didn’t realised the new one hadn’t loaded properly. It should be fixed now.
I’m so glad you came back with this!
I can’t wait to finally expose dear Branton and Merindah for what they did! Please tell me it will be as soon as possible!
Glad you back, hope to see you again in next chapter
Stay healthy
I really enjoyed the updated demo. This story combines all the great elements of epic fantasy, great houses, mystical religions/prophecy, romance, rivalry, etc. Even though it is inspired by ASIOAF and Harry Potter a little bit with the map, it has its own authenticity and uniqueness and the writing is beautiful. I was wondering if we will find out what our family looks like, because I know Basilius has blue green eyes and silver hair but don’t know much about the mother, father, and Drystan.
Also who is Helenyna Montague? Is she Basilius’s betrothed or just a noble that he grew up with and is his sweetheart?
Thanks and can’t wait for more!
Seem to be seeing the word “centrer” a lot, instead of either centre or center
Excellent work, will keep a close eye on this one. Cheers.
