An incredibly interesting talk by Colin McComb, lead creative designer of Torment: Tides of Numenera (by far my most anticipated game of this year). Although the talk is very Torment heavy, it’s an interesting look at the role and possible future of storytelling and game design. It’s quite long, but I think it might be a helpful watch to anyone busy designing a game of their own.
Loved this video, and I’m beyond excited to see another Torment game… Loved Planescape almost as much as Baldur’s Gate.
I’ve been trying to avoid any sort of development news until the game is actually released, but then I stumbled across this video and it just maxed out my impatience meter all over again! December can’t come soon enough.
