Stay: by Rihanna - during the Lestrade scene, hits different. I literally sobbed real tears of sadness and bit my nails in trepidation.
First John was being kinda weird; like what do you mean you don’t want to come with me?! I told you NEED you. Then to top it all off, here goes MC being utterly dragged by Lestrade- all because he tried to show he cared. — As soon as, I chose for my MC to start crying, All the while Lestrade apologizes profusely---- I instantly broke down. It was all too much.
Summary
But you hoped that the people around you could not hold such thoughts. Did not hold you in such low esteem… That they wouldn’t utter something of that nature to your face because of too much care for you; they would not speak such words for nothing more than a ploy for causing pain.

They should go to eachother for advice or something because they know SH best. I need them to take comfort in eachother the thought of either of them suffering alone is so!! W is a social creature!! Lestrade is deathly lonely!!! And SH’s there too I guess they’ll turn out fiiiiiine they’re fine everything’s fine (

W needs someone to make sure they take care of themselves rather then always sacrificing themselves for others, L needs someone to pull them out of their shell and out of their negative headspace when they get lonely, and Sherlock…

Thanks for the breakdown!
Once I am ready to upload the next update, I’ll add some stuff about this in some routes.
Currently, my to-do for ch5 (part 1) fixes are:
- Rebalance/add to some of the L arguments (+ maybe clarify L’s state)
- Add the ability to comment on Grace’s vulnerability as a woman in a bar (cause I got a very fair comment that Mc is given more such comments than the femRO Grace is in this situation).
- Rework one of the W/MC talks if there are H romance points with same-sex H and get caught in a compromising situation. (Because in the beginning, it’s kinda like, “Wait—what was that… are you…” and then it’s less coy, and I think I’m going to keep it more coy so that I can have a much bigger scene later on about this topic.)
Hmmm, well… I need the words about mcs vice to affect mc, in some way. Even if subconscious or just makes them think about it a little, or dismiss it. But moving on and being like “it’s fine. whatever. let’s move on.” should be possible in the future.

But, honestly, the two closer ROs pushing mc away before/at the time you meet two new ones allow them to have a chance, and the mc a reason to get to know them. So i hope people take that opportunity to spend time with all of them
I think that was a problem because I kinda had to force it in a little. I wasn’t super happy with it as i worked on it, that part. But I’ve been trying to like… move on quicker and not get as stuck with chapters haha. might have backfired here.
Don’t worry, the more… controversial ideas still remain. The question I’ve mostly asked is how to implement them best 
I never intended to write them that drunk. In my mind, L handles their drink quite well, and isn’t slurring or too gone. It’s more the sadness, lack of sleep, their temper/thoughts, and a lowered inhibition that makes them act.
MC is potentially much more on L’s mind than L is on MC’s mind

Nope. No poly planned in the game, I’m afraid.
It is avoidable, but I think if you got that option with L and W, then you have romance point with both, and the LT will commence. There will be options to clean the slate of romance points sometime in the future tho!

I always cry during the movie Click from Adam Sandler. There are two scenes that hit me so hard. I repeat a fucking Adam Sandler movie makes me cry. I am super sensitive.
