This is real yummy. I swallowed it whole, even with the shoes. It’s a lovely read, and I was hooked right from the start. The only thing I’m crying for is that there’s not more. I’m a selfish glutton, I’ll always want more.
Otherwise, here come some of my notes or observations on it.
At the beginning we were given a quest to explore the caves. But given the way the story is set up, is that quest achievable? I was trying to go through the story to accomplish just this system quest, but when I tried to get back from the “Skeleton Blood Elf” and explore the caves more, the “creep” got in the way and then dissolved the cave. And I got into the big cave with the humans, and then that collapsed too, and the opportunity to explore the caves was over. I wouldn’t mind moving around in the caves a bit more and struggling more with the local flora and fauna.
Another thing. I don’t know if this is more to make things easier, but isn’t it a little early to reveal that the lizard isn’t normal? What’s the guy’s name? Flick? I don’t know, it seemed a little rushed. I was also a bit bothered by how forced the “Human Team” situation was. Though I guess I can understand the System forcing the MC to be aggressive. It still bugged me a bit, maybe I should have made it a bit more clear in that situation why even when I try to spare them, the MC still gets the “bestial behavior” and tries to eat them.
Also, other possibilities of evolving monsters. I honestly don’t know if the author is planning an expansion, but isn’t the level of evolution also a bit fast? I jumped from F- straight to D.
These are just some observations and just my impressions on some things. It doesn’t change the fact that I love it anyway! 
People in mythology have been fucking giant magical sentient beast since times immemorial.
Take Dragon Fucking for exemple, the whole ‘human form’ thing is just a very recent cope / interpretation to try and make all the ‘Dragon Ancestor’ stuff sound more palatable to modern readers.
In most cases, the people in the stories really just did get nasty with a giant glorified snake.
Same goes for Local Animal Deities and their ‘Brides’, in modern time they often have human forms, in the actual tradition? Yeah, the bride is getting railed by the giant speaking animal deity.
Not saying the game WILL go there but it sure as hell can.
The ‘test’ is irrelevant because we know humans used to marry Pokemons.
And since God is a pokemon (if we take the Arceus myth 100% at face value), if anything it’s the Pokemon who’d be committing bestiality.
From what I see is one is like a glamour spell and another is MC real feature, well without some sort of Human persona how can Beast MC speak or try to gain access to quest in city for example wouldn’t they be too big? Isn’t the guard gonna be treating MC as monsters? As you know there is dead elf quest for example how can MC just stroll in a settlement with greater salamander form?
I think beast evolution line probably will gain access to humanoid transformation later than the bipedal evolution like anime I am a spider so what, the anime MC only gain humanoid form late into the evolutionary tree, MC spend like 2/3 anime as literal spider.
Oh damn this thread started moving along roads that should not spoken of…
So moving on what would everyone do if they meet our dear stabber again?

I don’t think author made the story too crazy like Mc becoming a menace, beside it seems monster hold the highest threat in this world as humanoid race settlement always seem to be under siege by the megafauna.
I mean your salamander is capable to be an existential threat in the peak evolution, isn’t that say human is not really that strong at least in comparison to the monster.
My understanding so far is that the people of this world definitely have ranks too. I’m a pretty avid reader of web novels and level up novels too. Mostly it’s that monsters and humans have ranks. The common problem most of the time is that humans level slower than monsters, so they’re always at a disadvantage. There aren’t a lot of high Rank humans. Or I guess there is also a difference in strength between monsters and humans of the same Rank.
Like, it takes more Rank D people or preferably Rank C people to defeat one Rank D monster.
Well, those are just my humble guesses. 
I actually went and posted a message on their Discord somewhere in January in the suggestion tab that included stuffs like my ideas of rankings and the like. If you have their Discord, scroll up a little in the suggestion tab until you see my post. It’s under the Xero name.
I hope we actually get more chances of eating humans since we’re probably going to have to at some point. Especially for biomass like what if we encounter a really strong human that almost managed to kill us but we beat them instead. Would be a waste of biomass to not eat them. Would also be either funny or interesting if we can also have different taste based on the type of humans or other mortal creature we eat. Something that would have our MC say “Hmm. Taste like chicken”, “Eugh! They taste like raw sewage dipped in tartar sauce!”, “… Broccoli? I hate broccoli!”, “(retches) Ooh! I- I’m gonna be sick! Th-That was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted! What was that?” (random passerby) “Milk…” MC “Milk!? Do you. Have. ANY IDEA. What milk does to me!” RIP lactose intolerant MC lol.

The system probably would configure your taste buds to nake it not taste disgusting since it’s your species diet which also make us arrive at another conclusion that the feeding scene probably pretty graphic

@everyone Hello everyone, I hope you’re having a great day so far. I wanted to make an announcement regarding the state of the game, and first of, I want to assure you all that this game will never be abandoned.
I’m fully aware that it’s been a long time since the last update, and I can’t deny that, despite my life being extremely busy over the past few months due to work and study-related obligations, I still strayed from the schedule i set for the development of this game, add everything up, and we’ve reached this state. For that, I want to apologize and extend my sincerest appreciation to all of you for being such a great community and for your patience, which has not gone unnoticed.
To reiterate, I will keep developing this game because I am not only passionate about bringing to life such a concept that is heavily underrepresented in the interactive fiction market but also because of my wonderful community.
The next update will be dropping within the next two weeks, adding at least 50k+ words of content. After that, I plan to maintain a stable schedule of one update per month. Once again, thank you all for your patience, and I hope you have a very wonderful weekend.
