Shattered Eagle: Fall of an Empire (WIP) [736k Words | Mid-Chapter Content Update 01/27/2026]

I haven’t gone anywhere, I’m still actively working on Chapter VIII. I’m confident I’ll have much more time in May, if not April (though I might nonetheless there).

what are some options that increase legionary favour?

Choosing to let them deal with the gang, funding them, having high warfare and killing Victoria mother, or saving the capital in a way that nothing get damaged

Worth noting that this won’t work in mythic mode

also, does teaching augusta in warfare affect her approach to situations or her relationships with other characters/factions?

I almost always teach her rhetoric but I’m trying to change things up haha

A warfare augusta will always favour fighting otha, though a paragon one is significantly easier to persuade to negotiate. It might also affect her choices of regalia, though I’m not sure about that

Not my MC having 105% Imperial Favor, and -2% Public Favor

idk if this has been brought up before but i think i found a bug with an ace character

sometimes my mc gets treated as a gay man since in the code it checks for ‘sexuality = asexual’ instead of ace, which is what it gets set to when picking sexuality

That’s a silly mistake of mine, I’ll fix it!

In order to get the peace offer ending and betroth Augusta to Victoria, do I need to avoid making an alliance with either the Consul or the Legate in the first chapter?

I’m not certain its required, but it definitely makes it easier if you’re not personally taking sides between them

Hey Azan I just saw the new update dropped. Is it a fix or a content drop?

You can work with either of the factions should you so choose, but you have to avoid making a personal alliance at the end of your visit to the faction in Chapter I. Along with that, at least one of Titus or Tristitia must be still alive, and you must have at least 35% approval with the rival faction (for Ceto’s faction, you can have no less than 25% approval so long as you have at least 35% public approval).

That was just a fix from the errors pointed out yesterday.

Hey @Azan idk if this has been mentioned already but I seem to get stuck at this point. I tried playing on my iPad and again on my laptop with the same choices and yet the game gets stuck at the same point…

This only happened when I set MC’s origins as Attika (when choosing a family name); the game worked fine when I chose one the first names suggested (family from the metropole).

I’m not quite sure what the problem is, I looked through the code and tested it myself. Could you try clearing your browser’s cache and trying again?

I have a question, during the party where the empress married Titus what was the offer that Leta Galeria was the trying to offer us?

She explains what the offer was when you meet her near the end of chapter 7.

I cleared up the cache, tested it again and I tried using different wifi networks but the loading screen bug persists…
