i second trever’s answer, being a trans guy, i’ve always found it a little disconcerting to be directly asked about my genitals, in any context really  
however i’ve played a couple of games that really nailed it, [Greenwarden](https://forum.choiceofgames.com/t/wip-greenwarden-updated-january-15-2020/57628) and [Regrets of the Traitor](https://forum.choiceofgames.com/t/regrets-of-the-traitor-wip-updated-10-02-2020/43536) i feel do this extremely well 🙂
