Randomtest -Access is Denied- Error

Every time I try and use the Randomtest feature (using Internet Explorer), it always tells me that " Access is Denied " and " RANDOMTEST FAILED ". Can someone please help me resolve these issues and explain to me how to work both Randomtest and Quicktest?

Open it with Firefox or chrome, that should work

Chrome doesn’t work, so I’ll see about Firefox
