The thing is, you’re stopping everything on the planet but yourself, so unless you actually stopped its orbit too nothing much would change. The tides would get weird since you aren’t stopping the moon, and anything in orbit might start having issues depending on how far out of the atmosphere the power reaches, but it’s not nearly as inconsistent as you seem to think. It would be interesting if the time stop resulted in peoples’ GPS’s getting weird, and that’s how they detected it.

I think you have an inconsistency here:
“you could accelerated the time within certain area till anything within the area cease to exist.”
“Your time stop have only five minute limit and your prediction can only see event within one hours ahead.”
Unless I’m reading this incorrectly, you said that the player character has the ability to speed up time’s passage until everything dies out, then you tell the readers that we only have a one hour prediction period. One of those claims is incorrect and I’m pretty sure it’s the first one.
My character is also able to “accelerates the parts of the door that holding the whole thing together” with time manipulation. Could you please explain how this happens?
You know what’d be really awesome, but probably way beyond your current know how to do? Make the time manipulation powers based on gravity manipulation! 
I mean, we already know in reality that acceleration changes time, and that gravity is fictionally identical to acceleration, and that we have no freaking idea what causes gravity, so you could quite plausibly make something that was mostly within the realm of known physics… I mean, if you were a physicist. 
Gravity is the attraction between masses. Adjusting gravity would be controlling peoples masses.

@Owlet yeah, I made a bit of mistake in writing and processing info in my brain. That should have been second tier power of time manipulation

I think you should consider changing the skin tone description for the asian option from yellow to a light tan, or something.
I have a suggestion for a fifth power,why not the power of the void? To turn everything into nothingness? Yes, I am well aware that such conversion create humongous amount energy,that’s basically what’s happening in a black hole isn’t it?
