I think you can’t romance her because necrophilia isn’t allowed by CoG.
Magikiras anyone?
A girl name Karen isn’t romanceable there
You didn’t read the spoiler text in the original post I quoted. The worst part is It actually had no reason to be unavoidable at all… In fact it didn’t even make any sense that it happened in the first place. I mean, correct me if I’m wrong but the explanation is apparently that a guy who Prodigal had killed was apparently a ghost with a vacuum knife and time control powers because how else could he make her bleed out before Black Magic could use their do anything powers to save her and he decided to kill the woman who’d taken over his business after he died while she was captured by superheroes because…
There was this guy from Pendragon that I can’t remember the name of, and he was my Arthur’s one-night stand I had a fairly lovely image of him in my head, and so I wanted to romance him but he said “some other time,” and even told me his name so my Arthur held out for the entirety of the game, hoping that guy shows up in the end but he DOESN’T and my poor little Arthur was left alone. I still think about him
ALSO. Cassius. The tragically straight boy in Dragon Racer. Oh, boy, was that sad for me. My MC kept trying to flirt with him, but unfortunately Cas just doesn’t swing that way and I’ll weep on that forever
yup, there is some unrequited love for magikiras as well [quote=“Alder, post:17, topic:21737”]
Karin Eichelberger (?) from Magikiras is one of them… She is a Pans, i guess… since she loves morgan regardless of Morgan’s gender… I wouldn’t call one night date as a romance either…

see the post above? you’re not alone there~
I KNOW RIGHT?! i dont want to play as a girl just to romance him. i’ll weep ot that too
Taggart from A Study in Steampunk.
And I refuse to believe that I’m the only one.
Also probably half of the male characters of the Infinity-series (Caz, Cassius, Reynard, etc.), because I doubt everyone I like will eventually become a RO.
You just can’t win @Curious_Boy! I did have a minor case of heartbreak in Magikiras I loved Morgan then she’s gone for basically the game and none of my friends or family seemed to care that my girlfriend vanished on me, so then I had to be all depressed until I saved her
I’m too lazy to read
Sorry lol x’D
But yeah same
It sucks though for only having 3 ROs
Really?! well, its okay… everyone has their own preferences… and do you mind to tell me whta Infinity-series exactly? coz it really doesn’t ring a bell for me
ME ?! what ME stand for?
oh right, Morgan… though im more interested is Luiz, and luckyly i found someone with a bit similarity with him in another WIP, or to be exact, Kerwain from The Burden though, still Luiz is too adorable, such a shame i cant romance him (or to be exact the romance screentime with him isn’t really telling much and feel like cliffhanger)
ME is Mass Effect, a game by Bioware
That’s the one where they had a gay (male) romance planned, but then cut it from the final version, right? I think I’ll stick with Dragon Age…
but we can romance Kaidan in ME3 XD
Yes, Ashley and Kaiden we’re also supposed to be bi but it was cut, in 3 Kaiden became bi, Ash was still straight then they added Steve as gay and Sam as lesbian
I’m so glad they added Samantha, though; the only thing standing in her way was Liara, but that’s what multiple playthroughs are for.
And besides, I think there was more than one romance path in the series that was actually scripted and recorded, but they decided not to go with it. Miranda and Femshep comes to mind pretty quickly; they recorded all of the lines for that.
Both voice actors recorded all of the lines for all of the romances in the original ME though, so it seems like a large back and forth.

Totally, though I played through all 3 games again as single to date Sam because I felt like playing my imported character would be cheating on Liara Sad huh? lol

I didn’t know about Miranda, that’s sad they took that out because I would have liked to see that dynamic.
Ash I had actually looked into after playing the original ME because so many of her lines were very flirty sounding and that’s when I found out that she and Kaiden were supposed to be bi…only upside is as I got to know Ash I realized I didn’t want to date her, I’m not attracted to bigots

Sad huh? lol
Not really; it’s exactly what I did. First playthrough, I broke up with Liara to be with Samantha, and literally three minutes later I restarted the whole game because I just couldn’t do it.

It certainly would have made for an interesting playthrough. Kind of sucks that there were no F/F romance options for ME2 unless you romanced Liara in the previous ME and had the Shadow Broker DLC, but what can you do? Personally I was kind of gunning for Jack. Sort of on the fence for Tali.
And I’m not sure if Ashley’s a full-on bigot, but she certainly doesn’t give off the best impression in the first game. She has some xenophobic viewpoints, but ultimately she has a very strong relationship with most, if not all of the squadmates. But I can see why you wouldn’t want to; most have dubbed her the space racist.

Wasn’t there Kelly Chambers? [quote=“Alexodia, post:76, topic:21737”]

Alas I loved Samantha sadly i usually play as male Shep[quote=“Alexodia, post:76, topic:21737”]

IRC shes also kinda of an ass to Shepard when hes gets back, more so then Kaidan.

Well in the first game when she was all about how we couldn’t trust the non human crew members I got angry, then she accused me in ME2 of being anti alien I was like “WTF?! I’m dating an alien and my bestie is an alien and I’m flanked by a Krogan and a Turian…” , she did get better in 3, but she was still straight and the romance ship with her had long since sailed away

Cerberus, Cerberus, Cerberus, CERBERUS! CERBERUS!
How I hated her in ME3.

then she accused me in ME2
To be fair, we were visibly associated with Cerberus; that doesn’t really give off the best impression for tolerance. Although I kind of agree; I sort of wanted Mordin to just interrupt and slam her down with knowledge like he always…did.
sniff.

Well in the first game when she was all about how we couldn’t trust the non human crew members I got angry,
Keep in mind multiple races aboard one ship had never happened before, and political tensions were incredibly high because of Saren; if anything, she was one of the more sensible crewmembers aboard the Normandy, being concerned about potential espionage. She didn’t articulate it very well, but I understood the meaning.

Wasn’t there Kelly Chambers?
Oh yeah, I forgot about her. Shows how good of an RO she was. After I played through it once, every time she talked I just wanted her successor to roll in and kick her out of the airlock. Traynor is far superior.

MaleShep sucks. Jennifer Hale owns all. But to be fair, it wasn’t that MaleShep had much more RO opportunities than FemShep, but it was more to do with the fact that practically all of the romanceable characters that have become staples of the series were only romanceable by MaleShep. FemShep really got the short end of the stick in ME romances, you have to admit. Except for Garrus and Samantha; they’re the only F/F romances that everyone notably enjoys.

I saved Kaidan three playthroughs in a row, then saved Ashley once and regretted it before ME3 was over; much more bitchy. Kaidan has a past history with Shepard though and he’s quite a great deal more pleasant to be around platonically, so it’s no wonder people who save Ashley are in the minority.
