I always end up confused when people refer to Black Magic as a gal, but then I remember they’re a variable choice. I just always double take 'cause Black Magic’s a guy in my saves, haha. 
(And I love him very much. I think I already said that early in the thread)
I totally get why he… or she behaves the way they do in THP though. Black Magic, while capable of being loving and caring, can be just as selfish. Of course they’re going to try their hardest to win, even if it means putting pressure on you. Granted, it’s kind of also BM’s way of testing you. Keep in mind, they did find a letter addressed to you from Lucky in your room that really made it sound as though you went out on a date with them. It’s not the best or healthiest choice, but that’s Black Magic for ya. They’re insecure and vulnerable underneath that charming persona.

Not to mention the blackmail theory as to why she was being so pushy about everything. She could have handled the situation with Lucky so much better if she thought it through but then again, it’s Black Magic we’re talking about. suck everyone’s life force first, ask questions later.
But alas, The Revolutionary and her are married so who cares. We all need crazy love

Devlin was so creepy I couldn’t bring myself to romance him
I felt like he was the ONLY romance-able character available ._. without you getting killed 
Mindy doesn’t try getting you killed, yeah she did have that mini Freak out in the veterinarian and a total meltdown during the raid but other than that, I felt she was a pretty solid and reliable partner 
Heather’s romance was too much hassle XD and Tom well… we all know about Tom.

My favorite type of romance tends to be the intense love/hate relationship, as can be seen by my choices:
Tin Star- J.T Preston is my favorite EVER. The romance starts with a slap and a kiss, but my favorite part is the epilogue, where it says (more or less): “Preston fell in love and never fell out. When asked about it, he’d say, ‘I’m just greedy like that.’”
Choice of Romance- De Vega for sure! It was so intense. My character goes really well with him.
Metahuman- Aaron. He pretends to hate you and be an insufferable jerk, but he falls. Hard. So romantic! I’ve yet to get the best end with him, though.
As for WIPs:
Guenevere- Lancelot. When you meet him in the forest…!! His devotion to you even when you can’t be together! He won me over really quickly.
Zombie Exodus: Safe Haven- Woody(?). He’s only just been introduced, but he’s so adorable and awkward. He and I are much too alike. I can’t wait to see what our romance would be like.
Fallen Hero- Ortega. I like sweet characters just as much as the jerks, haha! Plus, hispanic love interests are always a good thing.

I enjoyed Tom’s romance too but Ugh! I cannot move on with that Tom ending. It wrecked my mind I didn’t expect it.
