If that’s the case…the rent of the most expensive townhouse in Saint Octavia’s Park is 500 crowns/bi-annual is equivalent to ($225,000/bi-annual or $37,500/month) which is equivalent to PhP12,208,713/month?!
And the cheapest rent in Prince Robert Street is 40 crowns/bi-annual is equivalent to ($18000/bi-annual or $3000/month) which is PhP176,697/month?!
I fear this 1 crown = $450 is quite unrealistic
How does the tenants can pay their rent to their lords?!
(P.S. I compare it to Philippine Pesos which I am from the Philippines and I’m quite shocked about it! The average rent in the Philippines stands from PhP4000-PhP12000 depending on its quality, that’s $67.91-$203.74. And that’s impossible!)

The annual income of a tenant ranges from 10-15 crowns (this is based on the beginning of Guns, if the MC decides to send his family that amount.). The rent they pay ranges from 2-4 crowns (for non-Wulfram tenants) and 3-5 crowns (for Wulfram tenants).
Also, do note that in the Tierran crown, 1 crown is equal to 20 silver coins (or silver damsels), and 1 silver is equal to 12 copper coins.
As for the rent in the Aetoria path, yes, it is supposed to be expensive. But do remember that in Tierra, the lion’s share of the wealth goes to the Lords of the Cortes.

If you have it on steam, cheats are definitely possible, as the save file can be edited.
do you play on mobile or pc? if pc cheats are very much possible. I’m sure they are on mobile as well but i’ve got no idea how to do them on mobile
