i get this is the mecha genre but your coworkers deaths are a little too quickly swept under th rug imo, maybe let us and sunny be shocked or sad about em at least

Not necessarily. If you’re still in survival/panic mode (sometimes it lasts for a while,) it may not have really hit you yet. Also, we don’t have any indication of what your relationship was like with them, or what it’s duration had been. There may be a reason you don’t feel anything much about it.

I absolutely love it.
The pacing (even if it feels too fast in the non-combatant scenes), amount of choices and consequences, the action - it’s perfect. Not to mention that it’s a Mecha, and we need them desperately. Great job!

I don’t necessarily disagree, I went very fast in the prologue to get to the ‘good stuff’. Once I have a few missions in the game I might go back and tweak it, but for now I’d like to keep up the forward momentum.

Coworkers would be more important when having to live in same place honestly.
Otherwise i wouldnt thought of them, i didnt til realized should when stuck together for very long time frames.

Off the top of my head there’s three, no? Magikiras, Ironheart, Mecha Ace. I suppose Ironheart isn’t exactly sci-fi, but it still counts imo.

That the one dumped into alternative past? Then, nope, only met coworker in her aged state and havent gone further still. I dont know why I keep stopping at certain part.
I know why I stop in certain places in others, cause I cant connect to caring about that world or its people. Mayhaps eventually i will.
Bought most CoGs and some Hosted. Lots of Hosted I ignored, wont connect to story and world.
This one i like and looking forward to more of it.

Hello lovelies, I have awful news. I have Covid! As such, I’ve written a grand total of nothing over the past few days, and probably won’t until I can walk around my home without wanting to curl up and die. I’m still gonna hope for a February update, but depending how long this goes on March may seem more likely.
In the mean time, have some glossary entries I wrote up:
GELLHARDT EXTRACTIONS: Venus’ premier surface mining corporation, being one of the few companies willing and able to take the risks associated with surface work. Known for unsafe working conditions and cutting several corners, Gellhardt makes up for their poor working conditions with fairly generous contracts.
MARSHALL INDUSTRIAL CONCERNS: A massive space mining and manufacturing conglomerate, founded and controlled by the prestigious Marshall family (some might say dynasty). Unfathomably wealthy and influential in the early days of extraterrestrial colonization, they have set up a massive network of sites and subsidiaries throughout the Solar System, controlled from their ‘floating arcology’ high within the clouds of Venus.
RHODION DYNAMICS: An Earth-based electronics and weapons manufacturer, Rhodion specializes in high-tech automated defense systems (as well as a variety of other consumer products). Lacking the dynastic wealth and influence of many older spacefaring corporations, Rhodion carves it’s niche by arming all sides of the perennial conflicts throughout the Inner System.
Gellhardt is the MC’s (previous) employer (something I was able to add to the prologue before I was inflicted with the vile 'rona), the other two will come up as employers and opponents. Hopefully this little teaser will make up for my vile illness.

At this point (I’m just reentering the hab, at the choose your height option) I don’t know if that’s an option further into the game, but I’d love an option to go check what’s left of our impromptu saviour, and this looks like a good time for it.
Presumably, pilots WITHOUT the ability to not die are also rare, albeit for a different reason. 
I would set myself on fire before taking the callsign Lancelot. 
Typo or maybe a missing word? Is the “it” referring to the “residence” in the previous sentence? Either way you have verbed twice.
This is the second character that has given me a weird look when I say I very much like being at the controls of giant robots, these people know no joy.
I would set MY ARMATURE on fire before calling it Excalibur, and it would thank me for it.

This feels like two sentences, with something possibly missing on top. Also, two lines below, you have two 'm’s in “tomorrow”. In that line, “into” is just one word in “into combat”. An easy way to tell is if you’re referring to an action (“you’re heading in to combat the enemy”) or to a place/situation (“you’re heading into combat with the enemy”).
It’s over? WHY IS IT OVER?! I WANT MORE MECHA!!! D:

Fixed.
It’s something I considered, but ultimately decided against. As is if you choose to train Engineering later you can participate in the dismantlement of Koschei’s Firebird.

This is all fixed on my version, it’s likely I already edited it and forgot to push an update. Will be in the next big update.
