She is uptight cause her love for MC didn’t make her say “No” to her Marriage with Marxus and even in later conversations she “Has to” be dutiful towards her husband

What part of that is uptight? She’s fulfilling her duty to her husband, you realise that historically she could be executed for adultery, what she is commuting worth the MC, or will at least. She has no option to say no to the marriage, she won’t have any choice in the matter.
Well she could’ve said no before the marriage since she didn’t even love the guy
