Its where you get a demerit (a point). If you get a 4 you earn a detention. Except you earn then for stupid things like not asking to get up to get a pencil. When I was in highschool they changed it to 3. So I would earn about 3 or 4 detentions a day.

Search up XUJHS. It’s my school and it focuses in academic performance of the students. Aaand I would not think myself as a teachers pet, since all I do is draw during classes and be a scholar student.
Oh they weren’t commenting on me being skinny, so much as me being skinny inspire of a huge appetite. The first couple were all entirely based on my tendency eat twice as much as most people at large enough meals. Without gaining weight.
So then it was just me…
Philippines don’t have detention. 
In our school, we clean for one hour rather than spending a boring detention.

That sounds more fun than what we did. Principal made us read an essay on morality. Then write and copy it over and over. Pretty sure I almost got carpal tunnel
