I think not as she was raised to be a heir meaning her fundamental development was focused on improving masculine characteristics(bravado, ideals, honor)rather feminine(grace, charisma, household stuff)…

Hmmm I don’t know, there many theory of why Clithus raised like that. It’s are one of it, the other being because her brother is death(assuming if she have one), if she don’t have brother what you mention is probably true.

Medieval Men were not as silver-tongued as modern men are now and most of them had gruff voices so yes it is a feminine thing as most men were not as persuasive or charismatic when you look into history
