Lady Richel would definitely tell her father who might leak it to the rest of the nobility, harming relations with them and humiliating the MC cuz he got turned down.
Lady Stephanie has obviously done this before and would keep quite, unless a she wanted to brag or certain “accident” where to be born as a result of it.

I meant her father would leak the information to his political allies in order to gain support against you if you were to say, try to claim the throne, therefore harming your relationship with the nobility in general.
