He had no wife when the dukes were introduced in the mcs 5th birthday, but he has one now. A soon to be pregnant wife when you turn 18.

Make a bath of warm water high enough to touch your temples but low enough for your forehead and mouth to be above the water. Enter the bath and lay so your head is under the faucet. Open the faucet so a light trickle of water drips onto your head. Close your eyes and focus on controlling your breathing.
