How do they start the conversation though… 
Does the man start first? or the other way around? Do they say “greetings?”
Edit: Oh righttt! They have “kiss the hand” etiquette before.
If we are coming over to her, she would curtsy and noblemen would bow. She would probably look down out of reverence and say, “Your highness.” MC would bow slightly in return and say, “My lady…” then you could say something like, “Might I have the honor of your company?” or some other form of asking to talk with you. Conversation can flow from there.
Keep in mind that prince #2 cannot order someone to bed like a king could, sooo you might want some charisma checks if the prince is looking to “score.”
Edit: Kissing her hand during all of the bowing is completely valid as well.
