She could let us get a bonus similar to “true christian knight” from CK2. While the prince probably couldn’t mission like a templar or paladin, having royalty in their ranks would definitely help the church.

Knowledge of the land is useful if you are leading an army. It would also be handy if the prince is on the run.
It probably could be combined with history if the prince is negotiating things like borders, past conflicts, etc.
To an extent. The church can also sway the faithful to join your cause in the hopes of gaining greater favor from the new king.
The reverse would also be true if you displeased the church in some way as well.
