No one was spared from his wrath and insanity, not even the children…each person killed further fuel his power, each battle fought only further strengthen his undead army, resistance was futile. The royal army has been laid broken and weak, terror and death loom across the land, and now the capital is being reduced to a burning wreckage, all is lost. Amidst the currently burning imperial palace stands two figure facing each other, silence hangs in the air.
Mad mage Hannibal : “Melissa! F-fi-nally…after all these years we can be together! N-no more s-stupid decree forcing us apart, n-no more interference f-from t-that stupid king, NOTHING left separating you from me! Aren’t you glad Melissa?”
Melissa : “Hannibal, please…stop this foolishness…”
Mad mage Hannibal : “F-foolishness? W-wha-what foolishness?”
Melissa : “Look around you! Everywhere we look there’s only destruction and ruin, everywhere we go lies only death and suffering!”
Mad mage Hannibal : “But they were keeping us apart! They needed to pay…they have to pay…they must pay! Pay…pay…PAY! They all must PAY! Surely you agree? They made you unhappy after all…”
Melissa : “NO! This isn’t what I wanted…this isn’t how I wanted things to end, I-I was unhappy, but then things changed…over time I learned to love him…I-I have a family now…”
Mad mage Hannibal : “L-love? Love? Y-yo-you love him? You love him? You love him? You love him? You love him? YOU LOVE HIM?! What do you mean you love him?! I loved you all these time…was that smile back then a lie? Was that kiss we had a lie? Was what we shared a lie?!”
Melissa : “None of those were a lie…but people change Hannibal, you of all people are proof of that…tell me, where has my sweet and righteous best friend gone to? Where has that kind and caring prince gone to?”
Mad mage Hannibal : “That person is dead, he died the moment you kissed his brother…and in time…so will everyone…aha…ahaha…ahahaha…AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! This world will pay…they will pay for every single thing they’ve done to me…EVERYONE will suffer until the moment they die! They will all share my pain…-starts to sob- they will all share my pain…”
Ooh boy, I was planning to add a scene showing the love between Marxus and Melissa, but I kinda ran out of creative juice…oh well.
