Yeah I’m still not sure how I feel about that scene. I like how my yandere Melissa dreams are coming true. But it came out of the blue she didnt do anything before that to show shes jealous.

Yeah, a lot of people felt that way. But the dinner scene is still largely unfinished and Sophia is going to fix it.
Iron and I agree that Team Sophia’s motto should be: Sophia used Flamethrower! Since she loves fire so much. Well, our new one should be: Melissa used Glass of Water! It’s super-effective!

To take the possibility of civil war away. If his second son has no allies to call into a war of succession then there is security in the Kingdom. Thus he should take away Melissa from us.

He cares that the nobility doesn’t rebel. Other than that, he doesn’t care for the people. And he did it to keep the MC from doing just that.
The nobels didnt like the fact a bastard is the heir so he married Marxus to Melissa to shut them up
