She wasn’t informed that she was to be married to a Darvasian Prince. But in their world, it is commonly known to others that the two kingdoms are not in good terms. So it’s natural to think of the other kingdom badly.

Well let’s think this way it’s medieval and as a woman she doesn’t enjoy much freedom or rights. It’s even worse since she is an illegitimate royal, it was always worse for them regardless of gender. And after all that she is suddenly being married off to a stranger due to politics. She is pissed at the whole dammed world not just the MC. That’s my take on the situation.

Lol, my MC takes after his role model… Petyr Baelish “Littlefinger”. Just like how Littlefinger loves Sansa, My MC loves Melissa and so is willing to do anything to get power to be with Melissa. I guess Melissa is my MC’s kryptonite.
I have no idea how my MC will react to that. Maybe an honest conversation to air out our grievances with each other is in order. I am sure we can come to some middle ground with her. While I maybe not on Sophia’s team I think this arranged marriage can work, as like business partners

She is judgemental I guess. And we are from enemy kingdom and her servants and other relatives and friends might be talking ill about enemy kingdom as said before she knows little about politics and outside world so she cant be a good judge of character so she readily forms her opinion based on the fact that we are price of the enemy kingdom. Thats my theory .
