Kingdoms: Embers In Ashes[WIP] [OLD VERSION]

The tactician in me is shuddering at how undefensible that is and that the courtyards in Winterfell’s and The Wall are closer to reality in the low and high middle ages.

Someone correct me if I am wrong but a courtyard like the one pictured didn’t start until castles were no longer considered fortresses due to gunpowder.

Yep Benchmark options Based on the Primary Stats of the Game
Mostly a starting point for the Archery choices that gives a thought of what each choice would do.

@Sophia i adding and fixing this since I don’t feel satisfied by the previous one

The courtyard is huge and beautiful despite surrounded by the big stone wall. The ground is covered in grass with many flowers that have various color although not as many as garden. Guard and servants walk by the stone path that have fair amount of tree in each side, the path leads to different place in castle with big fountain in the middle.

If Sophia doesn’t know about the other person and the Prince didn’t branch the topic to the two girls to begin with (or one of the girls if he has already entered a relationship with one of them at that point), then that’s not a polyamory relationship. That would be just flat out trying to have an affair at that point.

Take Daddy Dearest as a example. Due to the fact that he entered a relationship WITHOUT ever bring the topic up with the Queen (or either women for that matter) beforehand and kept the presence of his other lover Aless a secret until she got pregnant, what he did was have a extramarital affair with another woman.

Again though, unless we know how @Sophia’s world responds to polyamory in general (especially among the nobility) and how common it is, it’s hard to say if such a relationship would be accepted. For example, it one book I read, their world was EXTREMELY against polyamory/polygamy when it came to nobles due to the fact it brought into question inheritance of the noble’s house if they had too many children running around from their affairs. If one partner was the same gender as the noble however, the affair wasn’t as frowned upon though.

In another book, however, a noble having a polyamory relationship with more than one partner (despite their lineage) was rather common for the kingdom, and the child was treated with great respect due to having noble blood in them. However, the noble was not only expected to have a strong enough house and standing to support any child and lover from his affairs, the person he was betrothed to had to know about any of the partners the noble wished to enter a relationship with beforehand and they were not to have more than 3 partners (any more than 3 and those relationships were considered cheating), one being the person they were officially betrothed to and the others being from outside that relationships.

OR those of the Heretic see both the best and worse of all of the ROs and come to care about them equally, to the point that they are not against the idea of seeing what a number of the ROs have in store in each playthrough.

I have no problem with him, in fact he’s the only family member that I like. I love sibling characters when they’re not assholes.

A’right I’mma lay down my Courtyard description now :face_with_monocle: (@Sophia)

The atrium is full of lush green grass ,and pegions are playing around the fountain. You see a nest of sparrows on branch of the cedar(tree), around the courtyard are bushes full of colorful little flowers and berries. The gardener is trimming them as usual and your servants can be seen going about their chores through the windows.
