I can relate to you at that its can be very stressful, I remember one time I can’t even laughing for a while. Take a rest when needed, even if it just for short time. try to relax your mind because it’s hard to do anything when mind feel heavy, so do things that going to help shake off your stress or any uncomfortable feeling you feels can help also.
So anyways, i was wondering how queen vicky was raised (was she locked up in a castle like sophia, did her father hate her like the MC ect.) because she seems overprotective of the MC

Maybe, but I think @Sophia said that queen vicky didnt let the MC go into the town or really even leave the castle when he was younger, and I dont think that motherly instinct causes not explsing your child to the outside world.
She might hate commoners since MCs father affair with Marxus mother

Thats possible, or maybe she thinks that if the MC hangs out with the commoners too much it would tarnish his reputation with the nobility (even if he still supported them and not the commoners) and then the dukes wouldnt help him lead a rebellion.
Could be…they see him hanging with commoners and peasants and they would be less inclined to support him if he ever rebelled

in the tournament we can only use the stat according to the competition or we can use some others stats ( intelligence,charm,magic?)
meh, and beating the hell out of his lovely son marxus will also score points? maybe you can add a choice then to humiliate him infront of all the people… winning points with nobles but decreasing points with andus, thats something id like 
like this ( you know, i always liked that fight… i think an mc humiliating his brother out of jealousy for being with his loved melissa can be fun)
Will we get points with Andus even if we beat Marxus, also if we beat Marxus will it show our uncle that we can be a better king than him.
I think you need to to do more than beat Marxus in a fight to show your a better King
