I see it as more of we have the capacity for great evil not inherently evil it’s Merely the simplest option thus the most often chosen.

I agree that evil is necessary for survival (at least what society defines as evil) in some cases, but since humans naturally value survival above all else, it makes me think that everyone is inherently evil since it is necessary to be evil to survive in some cases.
