I was in the process of adding Aswick into my list. It is another example of fantasy done well. Then Cataphrak’s writing is great.

Technically, yes. Ironically, I think most of the fantasy CoGs/HGs I really like are low fantasy.
Edit: For some reason the thread is listed as “historical fantasy.” Who knew?

probably because of the mention of the crusades.
there is a lot of amazing writers here, so why pick one… true is there is a lot of wips and game that are better than others but… there is a lot of talent in this forum sooo i will just go with that

@IronRaptor I put Zach Sergi on my list, because he has made 6 choice games. Sure the newer ones are not as good as the older ones, but they are still better than average choice games

@microwave04 - Fair point. My respect for the amount of work that goes into these things have increased now that I’m on the other side of things. 6 is not a number to scoff at.

He made the four Heroes Rise games and the two Versus games. I recomend the Heroes Rise prodigy the most
Nobody mentioning Paul Wang/Cataphrak? Because boy, I spent a lot of time on Hero of Kendrickstone and the infinity series. I did Mecha Ace too, but there isn’t as many choices once you got the perfect ending.

oh and my favorites COGs/HGs are doomsday on demand, lords of aswicks and the infinite series ( I like more the second one )
