This really does depend on your setting. Real life kingdoms have often had their own variations, and fictional settings also use titles associated with one country or another and some just make up their own. Basically the decision is yours.

Your Highness for Prince/Princess, Your Majesty for King/Queen, Your Grace for Duke/Duchess, Lord/Lady for any other nobles would be fine.
