Killing Wyvern Community College Hero

Im doing a dark playthrough as a detective. What do i need to do to actually kill the Wyvern?

Beat him before the police arrive, then there will be choice wheter to let him live or kill him.

I’m reasonably sure there were several opportunities here and where in CHH2, but I only remember that while visiting Jacob there was an option (something about donations) that raised her relationship for me.

And yes You can kill Wyvern. You have to beat him before the police arrive.
