If you’re talking about the playerbase on the storefronts, we wouldn’t know. CoG/HG does not share sales figures for any game except your own. Granted, rating counts have been considerably lower for games released in the last two years, but I don’t have enough hard data to make a big picture assessment.

Judging by how many “recommend me a game/where’s the new games?” posts on Reddit a day I’d say there’s a steady enough interest if you know where to look.
