Tech was my favorite play-style for the MC, but I can’t help but imagine a scene for a Doctor MC in a post Storm Warning ending:
(Please forgive any inaccuracies/generalizations)
Iberian: “We have Victory! Where is the hero of Jerusalem!? Our celebrations are not complete without them!”
Saladin: “Herald, did you find Lord/Lady MC?”
Herald: “Your Grace, they are at the hospital tent…”
Iberian: “The Hero is wounded!? Send my physician to them now!”
Saladin: “Send my physician to them as well.”
Herald: “My lords, Lord/Lady MC is not at the tent because they are wounded, they are there treating the wounded. They told me to extend their deepest apologies, but they cannot come to the victory feast while lives may yet be saved…”
(Some lords and ladies, incredulous, go to the hospital tent to see if MC is truly there. They are treated to the remarkable sight of Doctor MC leading their hospital healers in treating the wounded.
The hospital tent is full of horrors and human suffering, but there is seemingly a light amidst the pain. Alongside the other healers, Doctor MC limps with pain and exertion, but continues working. Many who witness the sight are stunned to see Doctor MC treating the grisly wounds of a young peasant foot-soldier, saying words of comfort all the while. Then, once the treatment is done, the MC moves on to another peasant infantryman, of entirely different faith, with equal care.
The Champion del Cuel, the noble Lord/Lady of Tebnine, the Hero of Jerusalem is treating the wounds of lowly peasants, regardless of whether they are Papal or Caliphate.)
Perhaps some of these medieval lords would have their minds blown, no?
