i don’t think MC is spineless. i think they could have handled the situation better, but so could seven. amy said that the band was MC’s only source of income at that point, and they’d been working at making it succeed since highschool. is it really so unreasonable not to immediately leave said job, especially when seven themselves also chose to participate in the vote and said they were fine with it when MC asked?
i don’t know, maybe i’m too much of a MC defender, i just don’t think it’s that black and white.
this is amusing to me because if you try to apologize to seven in the prologue at the party they’re all mad and go “no, i don’t want an apology” lol
There has to be something that had happened between the bandmates and Seven that MC did not know about. I doubt MC could even sway a group voting if there’s already a crack between them and Seven. Reading all the clues laid in some chapters made me believe that there’s deeper something in there. I’m leaning my MC to dream what it feels to be solo artist
