As a Mc totally destroyed by my Sev breakup I fully prepared to run off and hide in closet before any chance to eliminate Them……………I WANT MY SEV!!!
I finished the wip in several days. The plot, the characters — loved it all.
There were a few issues though:
- I’m not sure if it’s as intended, but while fanlive variable is changed, loved isn’t before it is checked in chapter 4
- ratherdie variable was set to false, not true
- Variable for Victor is changed but not initialized (there is victoria set to 0 at the start and not used)
- Female manager (Oriana) has male pronouns on multiple occasions starting from chapter 2
- The attraction variable for Luca/Lilith doesn’t seem to be initialized
- During the scene in the mc’s room when male Griffith helps with the microphone, part of the text (about the cold hands/shiver) is not shown (extra indent, it’s inside “female” block)
- I’ve gotten doubles of the text several times (usually when checking crush on Oriana, if it’s false but romance higher than threshold), you used two if x or y blocks which evaluated as truth in both cases; it’s either and in one of them, or simply else. Also double text during Dakota scene after talking with someone near the bar (it was the bar, yes? The second time seeing them)
- I suppose variables gaccept and checkvik are supposed to be set in chapter 3, but they aren’t and are only checked in 4th with default false values

I’m pretty sure clearing your cache fixes this, or just skipping to the next chapter sadly if you’re replaying
While playing, sometimes the stats don’t go up or down
For example I code dived a bit and saw that you could increase fanlove +5(which I’m sure is the Loved stat) in the prologue. (Like upbeat: perfect for a crowd. *set fanlove %+ 5 and You’re at the lip of the stage, singing directly to a few fans. *set fanlove %+ 5)
But the stat page doesn’t show that it increased, it’s still stuck at Loved: 25%
Other than that I LOVE the story! And I can’t wait for chapter 5. Hopefully more Sebastian scenes

I looked at the code and the (Loved) stat and (fan-loved) are two different things in the code.
*create loved 25
*comment loved up/down by fanlove increments of 10
*create fanlove 50
That’s in the startup.

Ohhh! I see I see. So fanlove affects the Loved stat, but they’re separate.

Edit: I do really love Seven. Hope we can somehow reconcile again in the next chapter or perhaps lovers again. God, I swear Seven Lawless is like a complete jerk but my MC is deeply inlove of him
