I’ve read other post, they suggest that people need basic badge to upload an image. I already have basic badge, but i can’t upload an image. What to do? ---

It’s been less than a day. It probably just takes time for the software to update your new status. Alternatively, maybe you need to refresh the forums using CTRL+F5, or clear your browser cache, if you have the old version of the page cached. ---

Right, so it seems that either the trust level thread is a little outdated, or there’s a little big going around making it impossible for basic users to upload images anymore.
