I would like to know if you have more games planned or is Armageddon the last in the series?

In my mind yes, there would be 2 moreā¦ but, it has taken me quite some time to write Armageddonā¦ and I am not even finished. After it, I am likely to refocus on existing games and develop them a bit, before writing anything new. Then again, I say these things and thenā¦

Hey @adrao i just pass to write that in futur games implement save and load system.
i try again and again the first hero and vilain and get kill by a npc villain after 20h in ( my slow pace reading- almost end game).
rage quit and uninstall the soft. Yeah i discover that they are characters that canāt be killed for the sane of the story -_-".
In your next game take in account that people try multiple choice and if they fail they donāt have to restart from the begining.

@JoshiYinmith I should indeed go back and implement the saving feature. When I wrote the games initially it was not implemented by CoG, which is why it is not currently part of my games (well, except Tokyo Wizard, but for that I kind of developed my own system). But, for the time being most of my energy is focused on Armageddonā¦
@Ty1 At the moment -and this always seems to change-, I have the outline of a total of 5 books. Genesis and Battle Royale are there. Armageddon follows from Battle Royale. Book 4 (no title yet) would continue the story on Earth (from Genesis if you choose not to leave, Battle Royale or Armageddon if you go back). Book 5 would allow you to go around and conquer a planet or Earth (initially I planned this for Armageddon, but no way I can do that and expect to finish the game in the near future). But, it has taken me years to finish Armageddon, soā¦

Oh, heās excited about the fact that the fourth book will continue the MCās story on Earth, but how will you address the fact that the lanista forced the MC to go into battle against others Those affected by the pink stone? The only thing that comes to mind is the fact that the MC tried to find a way to board a ship to return to Earth.

Basically, at the moment at the end of Genesis you have no choice but to go with the Lanista. I am hoping that in the future you might have a choice, so if you go with the Lanista you go to Battle Royale, and if not then you go to Book 4 (no name for it yet).
Currently in Battle Royale -and later in Armageddon- there is an option to escape and return to Earth. Thus, you would continue with Book 4.
So, a future reader could do
Genesis - Battle Royale - Armageddon - Book 4
or just read
Genesis - Book 4
or
Genesis - Battle Royale - Book 4.
Or
Genesis - Battle Royale- Armageddon - Book 5
If that makes sense?

This is something that I am yet to write. Basically up to now I have been concentrating on the ācoreā story, and now I need to add all the variability into the game (RO, chances to recruit peple, etcā¦).
I thought I would take a moment to update on what is currently going on with this series.
The main question people always ask is, when is Armageddon coming out? Well, the answer is that I continue to slowly work on it, during the last flight I was reading a print-out of a randomtest of the main storyline. I still have some way to go -aside from checking the structure I am also finding so many typos, etc-.
The other things that seems to be keeping me at the moment is thatā¦ I am working on more side missions for Battle Royale, which might form part of a DLC. Yes, I know, I wasnāt supposed to be working on that, but I had some mechanic I wanted to get out (basically a way to recover some humanity to be able to have more cybernetic implants), plus I had wanted to include a detective-type side story. Hopefully this will all give Battle Royale more breadth (it has always suffered a bit compared to Genesis, especially as I have continued to add to Genesis over the years, but less so to Battle Royale). Hopefuly when I am done with it itāll be a bit closer to my final visionā¦

awesome to hear, I always felt like BR was a bit more neglected than your other stories and i canāt wait to see what you add.
take your time with armageddon, I think everyone would prefer it if it wasnāt rushed etc.
If you donāt mind me asking, how far along is the actual writing of Armageddon?

Yes, it was always my intention to add more to Battle Royale, but then I got sidetracked by other stuff. I now have 2 new side missions that are āalmostā finished, plus extra training opportunities and more cybernetic powers. I think its ~30,000 words up from the base game, though I might add more.
Armageddonā¦ the āmain sequenceā of the game is āfinishedā. I just have a lingering fear that some bits might not be well connected, so I want to read it all again (which is ~40,000 words). When I finish with that I need to still code some side missions, and then stuff related to existing characters. My fear is that I might end up releasing Armageddon ābare bonesā (like I ended doing with BR). Somehow, as games become bigger burnout starts to creepā¦

My opinion (not that you necessarily need to care about) is that iād much rather a complete polished game over bare bones and I would much rather wait a while to have that instead of it coming out asap and you arenāt happy with the state of it. (if that makes any sense)
Take your time to relax and release Armageddon when you feel pride in it.

Yeah. Me too. Speaking of which:
An error with your colleague always starting at 50% relationship regardless of used codes is still persistent (tester with using 5+ codes)ā¦ also now when I look at the code āstoneofstrengthā cheat counts as 3 cheats, gives us 50 strength, but comment says that it gives only 10 strength.
Off topic: I do wonder what powers are good on hard and impossible runs (to get all the achievements)?

Found the bugs you mentioned, and corrected them. However, note that I am working on a rather large update, and I wonāt be sending the files to CoG until I run out of steam (and their staff are back from holidays).
Do let me know if you have any requests for modificationsā¦ particularly, is there something that you want to say to some character that is currently missing?

Hey I am curious. I asked this before question before but it was in July. I was wondering if you can as a vampire turn any important people into your vampire thrills. If you canāt answer because of spoilers that is fine
At the moment this is a possibility in the 2nd book, Battle Royale. I have some vague idea of expanding a bit the vampire path in Genesis, but so far this has not been a priority. As in, it might be something that I get motivated on doing in the near future, or it might take me years to do. At the moment I am coding the possibility of having a duel with the Moon Crusader, which is something I had long wanted to code into HoV: Genesis, but never got around toā¦ until now. But, I really do ought to go back to Armageddonā¦
