Guenevere (WIP)

Nah, you would have an almost impossible job to make Poison queen have a moral dilemma. Except she lost something really powerful she would kill Merlin whatever it takes. He is a dangerous threat to her plans Cheese lover has to die even if Guen has to sacrifice thousands of lives she really doesn’t care.

Ah the ways to kill people next thing you know you’ll starting killing people with by seducing people then kill them during sex

…or after >:)

Evil whore queen for the win >:)

@ricepatrick182 Hm, if that was the only way to kill Merlin, would @poison_mara do it?

(To anyone else reading this: That won’t actually be an option. )

@jeantown The doubt about it is offensive lol. =)) but merlin is more cheese lover than love being cheesy at leastin my opinion. You know what I mean

Yeah, @jeantown did a great job creating a believable cute character. Even if my character opposed them Barbie, hippie and cheese lover are very well portrayed. Now soon my Poison queen, will crush them with betrayal, lies and curses. >:-)

Yay for chapter 8 !

@Tehani Thanks! 8 is now about 1/3 done, in spite of having to spend most of this week with my family because of some American holiday or something.

How many chapters are in each part? (if you don’t mind me asking. I just can’t wait!)

I really, really enjoyed playing this. It already feels like a solid, real game to me, though there are minor kinks and stuff you could work out, its an overall wonderful game and concept. I can’t wait for more. :3

@Tehani …and by 8, I mean 9. Scene 8 is finished and 9 is 1/3 done. All these fireworks have made me delirious.

@snappingcookies Part 1 is 15 scenes, but the first two are very short. Part 2 will be 14-15 scenes. You won’t see all of them in one playthrough because there is a major branch, but each scene is longer and more complicated than the scenes in part 1. Play time should be the same or longer, depending on choices and whether or not Guen is romancing anyone.

@Meli Glad you like it! I am really excited about the game’s long-term narrative. Just wish I could write faster!

Hmm, I hadn’t realized the magic scabbard was so obscure. I knew all the nasuverse fans would be aware of it at least.

There's a story that Merlin once asked Arthur "Which is better? Excalibur or its scabbard?" Arthur, being a knight, a man of war, after all, of course answered "The sword." Merlin corrects him, telling him that the scabbard is by far the more important of the too.

Hmm, magic weapons Guen might get her hands on? Well there’s Arthur’s dagger, his spear, Clarent the sword used to kill Arthur

@jeantown It is the magic of the 4th of July, you crazy Americans! :stuck_out_tongue:

@stsword Did not know the name of Mordred’s sword. It would be interesting to see how Guen could get it before Arthur’s death.

I could die for knowing Mordred sword in deep. Sorry i have a innuendo day

@jeantown
Where is Camelot located approximately in Guenevere?

@stsword I’m now sold on the blood-loss-preventing scabbard making an appearance in one particular outcome – you’ll know it when you see it. Thanks for all the good ideas! Right now there’s only one magical item Guen can acquire in part 2, but who knows what could happen in the future…

@Tehani Ah yes, America, where you’re never quite sure if you’re hearing fireworks or gunshots, or maybe both. Definitely enough to make me forget which scene I’m working on.

@poison_mara uh… Is that a Shakespearean use of the word “die?”

@cascat07 The location of Camelot is deliberately vague, as is most of the geography. That’s deliberate, to avoid putting focus on anything remotely like “accuracy.” My Camelot is vaguely in southwest England, a few hours’ ride from the southern coast.

@jeantown, there’s nothing wrong with gunshots, It’s all fun and games. FIREWORKS, however are a different story… Such dangerous weapons should never be put in the hands of humanity

@jeantown more than Shakespeare is a old Spanish word joke. We use die morir not only with the obvious meaning. Also with meaning I do everything possible to get that think.

@poison_mara So using “die” or “death” in that context isn’t limited to Shakespeare and the French? Huh. Makes sense, considering how close those countries all are and their shared origins (I know English isn’t a Romance Language, but it may as well be in a lot of ways).

I just wanted to say that I really love this game so far and I can’t wait to see it all done and released! :relaxed: If you need any help with it I would love to help! Good luck! I am excited!

Really excited to see Part 2, you make Guen such a fun and flexible female protagonist.
