Guenevere (WIP)

Hardly, although the poem doesn’t go into details on the dogheads, the werewolves of arthurian myth are either transformed through magic, or either have to take off their clothes before they transform and if someone steals their clothes they’re stuck as wolves until they get their clothes back.

So perhaps Morgana or the Queen could curse someone into becoming a wolf, or the Queen could meet an oddly intelligent and friendly wolf…

IF THERE WOULD BE WEREWOLVES I WANT MY MORDRED VAMPIRE AND I WOULD FIGH DIRTY AND WITH POISON FOR IT. OR NONE OR BOTH… X(

Sure, if you don’t mind a disgusting plague carrying corpse, because back then vampires were as cuddly as a rat with bubonic plague hahahahahahaha

@stsword I guess my reply did make it sound like I was trying to say werewolves weren’t part of Arthurian legend… sorry, that wasn’t what I meant. I just meant that the fantastical elements that are in the game will be fairly closely inspired by what’s already in Arthurian legend, but I hadn’t planned to draw from the werewolf or cynocephali parts (in part because werewolves, alongside vampires, have taken on such a huge mythos of their own now that I think I’d have a hard time including them as just a sideline). Those links are great! I hadn’t heard of the Gorlagon story.

@ret922 I’ve been working steadily and am now on scene 5 of (probably) 15. If I can manage not to have any major life issues, I’m hoping to have part 2 finished by the end of the year.

@GloriaRose Well, @poison_mara is right that it wouldn’t be in Arthur’s nature to kill Guen (or probably Mordred, unless maybe if Arthur is “hardened” and he perceives Mordred as a serious threat to the kingdom). He would be shocked and depressed, but what sort of action he might take will depend on various other circumstances.

PLEASE for THE LOVE oF GOD AND THE ANGELS NOOOOOO VAMPIERS and WEREWOLFS i am so tierd about them :(( JUST NO! %-(

Yeah, from what I know, both vampires and werewolves in medieval legend are not very sexy.

Yeeeah and i mean they have gotten so used over rated in both books and movies that i avoid them right now its just to much…

By the way jean we have already gotten a picture about how arthur would react to mondred and guen but how would Lance react? :-))

Well, Jeantown if you wanted to make a joke about King Gorlagon you could have Arthur mention to Guen that he met a man who warned him if he didn’t treat Guin right he could end up stuck as a wolf, you could then have Guen respond “Don’t be silly I wouldn’t do that,” to “Don’t be silly, a wolf is hardly a fitting curse, majestic and powerful creatures they are, if I were curse you I’d be aiming for the frog neighborhood. Ribbit ribbit.”

Haha thats funny @stsword or Guen could like say "No Arhur your just not a man enough both in bed and personality =D>

Haha every time someone calls Arthur a hippie I think of the Mayday Massacre and my heart just breaks thinking of the possibility that the sweet, idealistic fellow from this could possibly end up doing that :frowning:

@jeantown Poor Arthur. Which do you think he would take worse, learning about Guen/Mordred or learning about Guen/Lancelot?

I think that he would react the same to both of them i mean which is worst your bestfriend with you wife? Or your incestual son with your wife? Well now that i put it that way i think the son part is worst hahah Arthur would then be Guens father in law hahahah and her children with Mondred his grandchildren  talk about errror in every level.

@GloriaRose lol so true

Haha yeah @MarvelousMatty glad you agree :))

Exactly, that’s why I would kill hippie this way Guen didn’t nothing wrong with Mordred no incest at all. The wrong incest bad king is hippie. I DON’T FORCE HIM TO BANG HIS HALF SISTER OR DID I? >:-)

Actually could Guen poisoning them to have sex one night? :-?

Good job JeanTown

Know I said this 100 times but still keep up the good work

Speaking of Mordred, we don’t know for sure what the circumstances of his birth will be. As far as the king’s incest that’s just the most recent version of the character as there are some stories with him as simply Arthur’s rival and others with him just being his nephew who Arthur takes in. The incest is usually the product of either Arthur and his sister being unaware or his sister tricking him, neither of which sounds much like the Morgana we have here.

hello!!!

i just played and i made an account to tell you that i really loved your game!!! a friend suggested it to me cause she said it had an option to be celib/ace and into women or aro. i also enjoyed a lot else about it too!!! i like the other characters. i like a lot of king arthur stuff, and i am wondering what elaine or others will be like. or what characters might or might not appear, like guen’s half-sister or morgause.

i am wondering about how guen being celibate will work out. you kind of had to lie in this book, with telling arthur you will be ready eventually or that you like getting naked to morgana. i hope you can just tell them in book two. otherwise i am not sure how long they will believe it.

maleagant (meligaunt) being a half-giant seems cool. i have seen a version were he was a fairy or human, but not a giant yet. i wonder if he will be like a human, or like a monster.

Great depth and good overall plot so far, good luck.
