Monthly Update: June 2026 Hi everyone and happy June! I am happy to report that last month saw the public release of chapter 4-2! That chapter was so long in the making, I’m so happy to have it off my chest and into the wild. Other than the public release, I’ve been taking it a bit easy for most of May, so I haven’t started any writing for chapter 5 yet, but I have been working through asks, as well as polishing up some typos and errors in previous chapters. June is going to be laying the groundwork for chapter 5, I’ve been working on the chapter specific outline, and I think I’m happy with it. Since I changed the ending of chapter 4-2, I needed to tweak some things before starting chapter 5. I should be getting into the initial drafting this week. That said, June is also looking to be a busy month for me personally, so I suspect that my writing time will decrease signifigantly. I’m hoping since the start of a new chapter is always when I’m most productive that it will even out, but I also don’t want to push myself. Anyway, I hope you all have a wonderful June! Monthly Update: July 2026 So this is going to be a rather quick update because due to some unforseen medical stuff, I got very little writing done this month. I’ve mostly been recovering and occasionally popping onto Tumblr. Yes, if you already learned Elven fom the steward, you can’t ask Sentinel to teach you. But as far as the MC not understanding, I found the problem, it was a capitalization error. So next time I put out an update, it should be fixed. ---

Monthly Update: September 2026 Hi everyone and happy September! August ended up being busier for me than I originally planned, and I was feeling as good as I hoped. I still managed to make a decent amount of progress on chapter 5. It’s currently up to about 20k words. By scenes that means I have about four scenes before I start working on the ball segment which will be the biggest part of the update. My goals for September is just to keep working on chapter 5, and see how much further I can get. Ideally I would get a good portion of the ball finished, but I don’t want to be too ambitious, especially since September is a busier month for me, so I won’t really have any free weekends. I just realized that my August update was only posed to Tumblr and not on the forum as well. Sorry guys. I’ve been around I promise. ---

Monthly Update: October 2026 Hey everyone! So September was for the most part a very productive month for me, until this week, when my husband and I both caught a pretty bad cold, so I really haven’t done anything but lay around since Wednesday. I made a lot of progress on chapter 5, and have made it one scene away from the giant ball segment (although said scene is Tzesar helping you pick an outfit, so one could argue that’s still part of the ball). Depending on how my health is doing, I would like to finish the skeleton of the ball this month. I’ve also been doing some playtesting of previous chapters this month. I started it as a way of “being productive” when I was too tired to write, and it’s actually been working very well for me. For those of you who follow me on Tumblr as well the ask box will remain closed for a bit until I can clear some more of it out, but I’m hoping to have it back open no later than the end of the month.
