I say we put them in an asylum wheel chair,
Chop off each finger,
Chop toes off
,Pluck every hair off body,
Repeat step 2-3 except with hands and feet,
Gouge out eyes
Off with ears and nose
Expose individual’s identity and crimes to public
Test experimental drugs
Stab lungs with scalpel laced with poison, rust and diseased blood, If they survived to here turn into authorities.

the things you suggest are more the stuff a mafia don or even a dictator does. If a small gang leader like your MC does this, it might scare the civilian population/police/more powerful mafia bosses so much that they’ll target you. Of course once s/he becomes the most powerful person in town they might do this, but not at an early stage.
Isn’t the mafia just a formal gang?

I never thought about this, but i’d say mafia and gangs are like Walmart and a small shop. According to @Deathwriter the MC starts as a teen, so I think s/he will be mostly engaged in smalle things
@I dont know if you noticed it, but streetgangs like, ms-13 and the Bs and Cs have skills that make them almost as dangerous as the mafia. but in my game yoy do start of small, but so did the Crip’s. Just saying.
@Dark-Stalkee getting your name out there is verey important, but these actions could lead to severe gang war’s, and you have to remember, you have to have control over your crew, thats also gotta be a stat. or else they will try to overthrow you. And you dont automatically start off as leader, you start from another gang. snd rember. If you think your boss is a dumbass, you wouldnt take orders from him if your were smarter.

@Deathwriter will you start getting introduced to a gang, or you’ll start the game inside one already?
you will be a member of the gang,actually a lieutenant and you decide to step up to the gang leader making the stupid decision. leads to conflict within the gang and you break away.
