The criteria to survive will be the ability to adapt and of course luck, but cmon it’s a text game so it’s in my hands. Regarding the goal, yes, indeed it seems every villain needs a goal, but perhaps maybe a “goal” is not always necessarily needed, but certainly you the MC, you’re not normal and there’s a story behind it, but the whole goal thing, I’m not sure if I really want to be like “I made this game because I want revenge or I’m killing you because of that”, I was thinking along the lines of “I made this game, because I feel like it or you’ll die because I want you to die”, that sort of twisted mindset

I understand. Maybe you mean twisted like joker but again MC should also represent something. Doing it just for kicks is also good but or doing it for some kind of experiment is also good but it demands a back story not necessarily related to participating npcs. I hope there is MC’s back story with psychotic environment so that we can get into character.

I also agree with what you’re saying. I’m already planning the backstory as I already snuck a little preview in.
