In the pink panther cartoon, there’s always this detective who fails terribly at his job. Usually due to someone else’s interference or his own inability. He says something akin to what @Talkingtaco said when he fails at something.

Ahhh - well the Pink Panther is a comedy series involving a very inept detective protecting a diamond from being stolen. In much the same way that our Stray steals, the detective in this series protects the diamond from being stolen… and my family watches a lot of different tv so i’ve been exposed to too much. lol.
Wiki says there was a Pink Panther show in Germany in the 1970’s… just a fyi.

Might be, but I am a bit too young for that series, like… 20 years too young. I didn’t even know there was a series in germany.
EDIT: Can we just establish the fact that obviously I do not know a lot of things? Like, I didn’t know about Mass Effect and the Pink Panther fact? I feel like I missed something important in childhood .___.

Detective: it seems that they snuck in through the window, closed it behind them and then seems to have used their own body to smash through the window to get out, GENIUS!!

I wish there weren’t so many things that I want to be little comic like Faxon vs Troy or on of stray trying to be a good theif and succeeding some how while being incompetent as well as the detective
I was also indifferent about it u been gone for 4 years everyone moves on and again I like to say my Mc can now live his way heroes code or not
If the detective and stray fight each other this is how it’ll go
Stray stares at the detective for some time before going to jump at him, the detective also doing the same, which results in them both missing sending stray out the window and the detective flying down the stairs

Stray is about to throw a device, only for it activate prematurely and tangle them up in wires, they try to wriggle out but fall off the roof and onto a moving delivery truck
