Well you’re about to get schoolded (school’d?) At the start of Mass Effect 2 the protagonist Shepard dies and then they get brought back to life and because of that they have scars every ‘evil’ decision you take in the game makes Shepard’s scars get worse and glow more red (even his/her eyes go red)
This is getting a little off topic, but yeah it was explained by the Doc that Shepard’s attitude effected how the body accepted the cybernetics. If you were a renegade the body would reject them and they could easily be seen like the glowing eyes for example. If you were a paragon you would look normal like everyone else.

I doubt anyone would want their teeth turning green just because they’re a little mean to other people… right?

There will be something that makes a difference between good and bad and it has something to do with your powers.

When I think of golden eyes, I think of actual lion/cat types of eyes. Not actual gold. And I chose blue eyes for lightning - of course I always chose blue eyes, lol.
