How will the law react to heroes? Heroes are criminals for being vigilantes… I kinda want to get Crow arrested, I mean being a vigilante, kidnapping little children, hiring Troy, his list of crimes are huge.

Well if random people had powers yeah, what else are you supposed to do? Be productive to society?

Well given that there is a blind knife launcher, a masked sniper and Wraith wandering around i don’t think police are that useful against them.

Well really the superhero genre requires that the police either won’t or can’t do their jobs.
Otherwise superheroes would be limited to helping old ladies across the street, personal endorsements, and doing the convention tour. 
Which would be a very different game than this.
Although I could see it “Darn that bird, that action figure money should be mine!”

Now that the CS Competition is over (for me at least), I can finally return to FAWR. As it was quite a long while ago, I am trying to figure out the problems that occurred and couldn’t fix so far. Until then, no update (not that I have one at hand, sadly…).
Anyway, Back to writing stuff (and fixing stuff… mostly, actually).
And thanks everyone for the kind words during the last month! I sadly didn’t answer, but I read everything!

It is possible that the police are corrupt. I mean, you don’t get to blow up a building without some form of law enforcement being involved. The reason I say this is that once you corrupt the police, you basically have free reign of the city.
For instance, are you really telling me that when a few dudes break into a jewelry store, that no silent alarms are tripped? No one saw them? No camera feeds? No security guard? There were no safeguards? This isn’t Payday 2, where you can walk in a jewelry store, and rob it. The most logical explanation is that the police are corrupt, and are paid off by various crime syndicates and bosses to not interfere with them. Also, it’s possible that the organization that brought back the MC is heavily influenced by corrupt government officials.

Will there be a path in the game where we can just ruthlessly kill everyone and everything without a single hint of mercy?
I’d love to just stab Crow and Troy right in the head in the middle of their pleas for mercy…

Well, then the story will be awfully short, don’t you think? After all, Crow and Troy take a lot of story in the game, and just killing them off like that is going to be… well, boring if I may say so. I doubt that you will be able to kill them off quickly. But be assured, you will have the chance.

Hey, I should be the one talking about deaths, my MC is a money grabbing mercenary who kills for pleasure.
Mine just kills. She doesn’t do it for money, nor pleasure… She does it out of pure rage.
