Just noticed it and got curious. What exactly does Danger-level track? Our MC’s overall strength?
I made the great choice of going with a none bird themed name. Its too freakin obvious i’m the old Blackbird then. Then again New BB and Crow are dumb.
Well staff and the sword wouldn’t match Phoenix’s style of fighting. Staff is non lethal while the sword isn’t her attitude.
Guns were the most lethal choice and she can combine these with her agility, reflex speed and powers. Plus, she looks totally badass.
Will there be more Crow interaction? I feel like we spend a lot of time with Troy and barely see Crow.
We’ll have more time with the other characters in the future, don’t worry. Crow will have his ‘Grand time’ as well soon, as well as a few of the other ‘older’ characters.
And what did I miss? Immortality for Wraith? That’s a new one, but amusing nonetheless
@Iggles
The danger-level keeps track of how dangerous the others think you are. The higher it is, the more unlikely it will be that a hero will like to become allies with you. On the other Hand, some other People like villains, might be happily work with you together if your D-Level is high enough.
Pro: Cats
Con: Dog
Solved.
Also, when talking anti-hero, remember the likes of Catwoman who does not kill but do break the law. A thief, oh yes, but with a heart of gold. My (anti)hero! Much like Robin Hood, although he does kill, depending on what you are watching etc.
I think you made a mistake here…
Pro: Cats & Dog
Con: Ostriches & Emus
I fixed it.
Hmm.
Pro: Animals
Con: Like all living things, they will eventually die.
Fixed it
I’m not sure if I’d put Equine in the Pros section…
They are creepy, with their soulless eyes that stare right though you…
Mh ~
Guuuuys? Can we please come back to FAWR and away from pets and other animals?
Yeah, they probably have pros and cons, though right now that’s not what this thread is meant for ^^
Who wants more Troy Story time!!
Bashes Umbra’s head against the next surface.
Nobody.
Oookay.
What do you guys want to see the most for the villain or hero path? What are your thoughts on that point?
To which alignment would your MC tend to, and why?
I want the MC to be betrayed. Like really betrayed. Not like Crow and his inability to get over the MC.
For villain maybe join wraith to fight crow, for hero join crow to fight wraith. I just care about the villain path to be honest though👿
That’s a really hard question for me to answer…
- On one hand two of my MCs Vulture, and Epitaph are on the more villainous…
- On the other hand Condor needs love too…
As usual I can’t really decide…
I wuld like to see in the villain path for the mc to have a grand plan to take down Troy and crow also before ending them revele your identity and crow know why this happen.
For a villain path I would love to see the opportunity to go completely mental on Kalathor in general, especially if the Narrows background is chosen. Sort of a, “This city is too far gone for these ‘heroes’ to save, and must be burnt to the ground”. I would also be completely ok with an extremely mercenary villain who couldn’t care less about Crow and BB and will instead fight and kill whomever they’re paid to. Either way I can see the villain path as either extremely emotionally driven, getting revenge on Crow, Troy, Kalathor, etc., or the complete opposite, an indifferent villain that actively partakes in villain-like activities, murder and the like, but only if they are hired to do so by another villain. Basically my view boils down to that in order to ‘fall’ into villainy, the newly resurrected MC would either have to have extremely strong feelings, or none at all.
On the hero path I want to be able to be nice. Like I want to stop a mugger and ask him why he’s doing it and offer to help clean his life up. I want to have a chance to say something before a big mob fight along the lines of “I’m going to give you all one chance to walk away and start new.” I want to give people opprotunities to have redemption, and have the chance to try and push Wraith to be good, even if it is futile. Like how Batman sometimes tries to convince villains to be good but usually fails. I just want to show that I believe in people.
@Wraith if a villain could gain enough respect and fear in order to form hir own super powered villains organization that deals with heavily organized crime…
That’d be nice.
Also I’m unsure if you were planning on implimenting this, but IF at a certain pivotal point in the story were to occur, the MC could possibly Change themselves. The Once-Beloved hero now falling to darkness or the former evil one seeking redemption.
I always like those kind of cliche plots
