If Empathy can hear our thoughts does that mean we have a ‘voice’, like if we could talk would it sound the same as to what Empathy hears?
Now we’re getting a bit deep, its hard to say lol
IN my opinion I’d say no, she doesn’t so much hear a voice as she ‘knows’ the words.

Oooo now we get into physiology, would she feel the need to ‘assign’ a voice to First, especially if First tries to pursue a relationship with her? What kind of charming brogue would she assign for First’s silent voice that only she can hear with her own private thoughts? XD

And Empathy is listening to his thoughts as he does, blushing like no tomorrow 
@Snoe I thought about her hearing a ‘voice’ but first never had one in the beginning, therefore his mind shouldn’t either. I imagine for Empathy, she sees First’s mind as images and emotions when it comes to thoughts and from those two things, they form words that only she can understand?

Maybe First thinks with a cute accent theirselves who knows maybe First has an Irish accent lol
I hope First’s thought voice is a drunken, nasal and Scottish accent with a lisp. Empathy uses all her willpower to stop herself from bursting with laughter everytime she reads his thoughts.

What if because First is so strong and everything that their voice is like the squeakiest thing ever. Just Imagine saying this in a squeaky voice, “I can crush a skull in my bare hands” someone laughs at First’s voice, First just walks up to them and crushes their skull with his/her bare hands

It might be polarizing, but I think it’d be kinda funny for someone who’s trying to seriously befriend/romance Empathy gets an outside look on what their “Inside-voice” is like.

She’ll be thinking “Avast thar Empathy, to what you be owin’ the pleasure of my carbuncle be the fact I be walaying yer virtue, and plundering yer booty!” 
In my case, probably bring her along to voice the thoughts to Molecullarian or Mr Dragon. Wouldn’t be awkward at all, no siree. 
It would be funny tho.
For some reason I just imagine my First with like, a stock british accent, to go along with her not!Evil Albino persona.
