well if first was relaxed and accepting of it it would take less force to dislocate/relocate since the muscles would not be fighting it so much and he is willing
i think focused sonic pulse and a strong freak might be able to do it under those conditions
but thats just my speculation based on muscle actions and observations so far

Empathy or Nyoka batting there eyes and saying pretty please dislocate your arm is the easiest method…
Tie a hightension cable to one arm hand an end to Vyde and tell him to fly toward china at top speed.
Super-durable bungee cord would be far more entertaining.

I like to imagine first in a moment of stomping around and “silently” cursing with every known and made up curse word first can think of. Complete with exaggerated throwing up of the arms and all that. And empathy commenting on the expansive vocabulary
